Underwood Ammunition 45 Colt (Long Colt) +P 325 Grain Lead Long Flat Nose Gas Check Box of 20

The Underwood Ammunition 45 Colt (Long Colt) +P 325 Grain Lead Long Flat Nose Gas Check Box of 20 is one of the heaviest, hardest-hitting factory loads available in this caliber. Underwood pushes this +P loading to the upper limit of what a modern 45 Colt revolver can safely handle. As a result, shooters get extreme penetration and stopping power for the largest and most dangerous game. This loading suits dangerous game defense, large bear country carry, and serious backcountry protection.

About This Underwood 325 Grain 45 Colt Long Colt Load

Underwood built this +P loading for shooters who need every bit of performance their modern revolver can deliver. The 325 grain hard cast bullet uses a gas check base to survive the extreme pressures this loading generates. A long flat nose profile drives straight through thick hide, heavy muscle, and dense bone without deforming. Underwood recommends verifying that a revolver can safely handle +P pressures before firing this ammunition. Liberty Anno Supply stocks this loading in 20-round boxes for hunters who need maximum penetration on demand. Shooters can count on consistent quality from batch to batch.

Why Shooters Choose Underwood 45 Colt Long Colt

Some backcountry travelers want more performance than even standard-pressure hard cast loads provide. This +P loading exists specifically for that demand. A 325 grain bullet at elevated pressure delivers penetration that standard factory loads cannot match. Every round is manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances for reliable function in properly rated firearms. Browse Liberty Anno Supply’s full 45 Colt ammunition selection.
