Processing Time

Orders placed before 2PM CT Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Packaging

Every order leaves our facility in plain-box packaging, always. There is no external labeling indicating the contents of the package.

Age & Identity Verification

All orders go through an automatic age and state-restriction check at checkout to confirm the purchase is legal for your shipping address. Depending on the carrier and product, an adult signature (21+) may be required at the time of delivery.

How Payment Works

Payment on Liberty Ammo Supply is handled manually, not automatically at checkout. Tap a step below for details, or see our full About Us page.

1. Place your order

Submit your order through the site as usual. This does not charge your card yet.

2. Confirmation & payment email

You’ll get an email confirming your order, asking you to confirm your shipping address, and including secure payment instructions — a card payment link or our Cash App details.

3. Pay, then send proof

Complete payment using the link or Cash App details, then reply to that email with a screenshot or confirmation of payment. We can’t process an order until we see it.

4. Manual verification

Once we’ve confirmed your payment and shipping address, we verify age/state compliance (see above) before packing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Ammunition and primers are regulated products, and we ship only where federal, state, and local law permits. Some states and municipalities restrict or prohibit the shipment of ammunition and/or primers directly to consumers. If we’re unable to legally ship your order to the address provided, we’ll contact you before shipment to cancel or refund the affected items.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We ship via major national carriers and provide tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view order status by logging into your account.
