Liberty Ammo Supply wants every order to arrive correctly and safely. Because we sell ammunition and reloading components, our return and refund policy is shaped by federal and state regulations governing the shipment and resale of these products, and it works a little differently than a typical retailer’s.

Ammunition & Primers

Once an order containing ammunition or primers has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of buyer’s remorse (wrong caliber selected, changed your mind, found a lower price elsewhere, etc.). This is standard across the ammunition industry and reflects the safety and legal restrictions on transporting and reselling loaded ammunition and primers once they’ve left our facility.

If your order was cancelled before it shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We do stand behind every order we ship. If your package arrives damaged, you received the wrong product, or a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item, correct the shipment, or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Ammunition Merchandise

Accessories and non-ammunition merchandise (such as cases, targets, or gear) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Because we aim for same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2PM CT, cancellation windows are short. Contact us as soon as possible at support@libertyannosupply.com if you need to cancel or change an order — we can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
