Barnes Pioneer Ammunition 45-70 Government 300 Grain TSX Hollow Point Flat Nose Lead Free Box of 20 pairs Barnes’ Pioneer line with the TSX, an all-copper bullet with a flat nose safe for tubular magazines. The flat profile prevents primer contact with the bullet ahead of it under recoil.

An All-Copper Bullet Built for Tube-Fed Lever Guns

Meanwhile, the hollow point cavity still drives controlled, four-petal expansion on impact. This combination gives lever-gun hunters both magazine safety and dependable terminal performance. As a result, hunters in lead-restricted regions get full compliance without sacrificing performance.
