Underwood Xtreme Defender Ammunition 357 Sig 65 Grain Lehigh Xtreme Defense Lead-Free Box of 20

Underwood Xtreme Defender Ammunition 357 Sig 65 Grain Lehigh Xtreme Defense Lead-Free Box of 20 pairs a solid-copper Lehigh Xtreme Defense bullet with Underwood’s high-velocity loading. The bullet does not need to mushroom, so it cuts a wide, consistent wound channel through fabric and tissue alike. Because penetration stays deep and predictable, this cartridge performs well even through heavy winter clothing.

Lead-Free Design and Terminal Performance

As a result, shooters who want maximum stopping power from a compact carry pistol often pick this loading first. The lead-free build also cuts barrel fouling and removes exposed lead, which several ranges now require for member use. In addition, the light 65 grain bullet keeps felt recoil manageable while it still delivers serious energy on target.

About This Underwood Xtreme Defender Ammunition 357 Sig 65 Grain Lehigh Xtreme Defense Lead-Free Box of 20 Load

Underwood manufactures this ammunition in small batches and checks each cartridge closely before packaging it for sale. For reference, Lehigh engineered the Xtreme Defense bullet to solve the plugging problem that often robs traditional hollow points of expansion. Consequently, this cartridge performs consistently whether it strikes bare skin or several layers of denim.
